MARTA & PABLO

A love story told through TV series and anecdotes.

HACIENDA CLAREVOT, SEVILLA

But if there was one part of the project we especially enjoyed, it was creating the personalized table signs. Marta and Pablo wanted each table to be a tribute to the people who would be sitting there. As they shared anecdotes, trips, and memories with us, we transformed each story into a completely hand-illustrated movie or TV series poster.

That is how a Space Jam-inspired table came to be, featuring Pablo’s basketball teammates sharing the spotlight with the Looney Tunes—all of them sporting their own team uniforms. Then there was "Las Serranas," a nod to an unforgettable girls' trip that reimagined the iconic "Los Serrano" opening sequence amidst surfboards, bongos, and Latin music.

The head table became a tribute to Back to the Future, featuring the DeLorean traveling through time while a bolt of lightning illuminated a huge "Just Married" sign. And, of course, the bride and groom themselves—along with their cats, Botas and Calcetines—starred in a fun version of How I Met Your Mother.

To round out this cinema-inspired wedding, we designed custom tickets featuring a QR code that allowed guests to upload all their photos from the day, as well as logo stickers to decorate the popcorn boxes on the dessert table. These small details ensured the entire celebration shared a cohesive identity, with every corner telling a part of Marta and Pablo’s story.

Some couples know from the very beginning that they want to do things differently. Marta and Pablo were one such couple. Instead of a traditional invitation, they opted for a fully personalized wedding website—a space where their guests could discover their story, RSVP, and find all the information needed to enjoy the big day.

We designed a website inspired by their world, illustrating some of Seville's most iconic landmarks—such as the Giralda—alongside a custom-designed logo and small, personalized icons that accompanied the user throughout the site.

In addition to including the wedding timeline, RSVP details, and allergen management, we added a small blog with recommendations for those traveling from other cities—local hair salons, ideas for enjoying Seville over the weekend, and all those little details that turn an invitation into a genuine guide for guests.
