What options do we have for personalizing our stationery?
Every wedding is different, and we can customize everything from colors and paper stocks to envelopes, illustrations, monograms, finishes, and various stationery items. Can we customize existing collections?
Yes. Some of our existing collections and past work can serve as a starting point for your own design, so you don't have to start from scratch. We can adjust colors, fonts, text, formats, materials, and other elements to suit your wedding. Custom designs created for other couples are not replicated exactly; every project is uniquely adapted and created just for you.
Estimated production times and schedules – Stationery Collection
24–48 hours: We receive your order and send you a form to fill out with wedding details, text, and customization options (wording and color). Week 1: We send the digital PDF design for your approval and a second round of revisions, if necessary. Week 2: Once the design is approved, we proceed to printing and assembly. Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 weeks after final order confirmation.
Estimated production times and schedules – Personalized stationery
Each design is created from scratch and tailored to you, which requires more time and coordination. We recommend starting the process 5–6 months before the wedding or, at the very least, 2 months before the desired delivery date. ESTIMATED TIMELINE Weeks 1–2: Initial video call; selection of style, materials, and budget; first payment. Week 3: Initial proposals and adjustments. Weeks 4–5: Digital proofs and revisions leading to the final design. Week 6: Paper selection, final modifications, and sending of a physical sample. Weeks 7–8: Final payment, printing, cutting, assembly, and final delivery. We recommend using a WhatsApp group to stay in touch, or scheduling video calls every 1–2 weeks to ensure a smooth process. If time is tight, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, though we prioritize quality and craftsmanship.
Changes and revisions
We include up to two revisions per service at no extra cost. Changes grouped within a single revision count as one. An additional fee of €15/hour applies starting from the third revision. If the concept changes completely (e.g., from watercolor to a floral pattern), the work performed will be billed, and the project will start over.
When should you choose the paper and envelopes?
We work with specialized suppliers. Receiving certain materials may take approximately two weeks, though this timeframe can be longer during peak season or for special materials. We therefore recommend selecting them in advance, especially if the wedding is coming up soon. Lead times depend on each supplier's availability and can affect the final production time.
Payment terms
For custom projects, once the final quote is approved, a 40% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the project and begin development. The remaining 60% is payable upon completion of the design and any modifications included in the quote, and prior to production and/or final shipment of the order. Production or shipment of the order will not commence until the full payment has been received. Additional changes or modifications not included in the initial quote, as well as the addition of new products or units requested after the quote has been approved, will be quoted and billed separately. Any modification involving a change to the project's scope, quantities, materials, or specifications may result in a revision of the initial quote. The client will be informed of any additional costs before they are incurred.
What are our payment methods?
We offer various payment options depending on the type of order. Orders placed via Etsy Products available in our online shop can be purchased directly through Etsy using the payment methods supported by the platform. Custom projects For signage projects, special pieces, or work requiring custom design and a personalized quote, we will first prepare a detailed proposal including the project's final price. Once the quote is approved, we will provide you with the available payment options to finalize the order. Bank transfer For certain custom projects, we offer payment via bank transfer. Processing of the order will begin once the full amount has been received. Bizum For certain custom projects within Spain, we also offer payment via Bizum. In all cases, we will inform you of the total amount and payment terms before we begin working on your order.
What is our shipping policy?
SHIPPING COSTS Spain Shipping costs are €20 for orders under €200. For orders over €200, shipping within Spain is included. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Shipping costs will be calculated individually based on the order and destination. Europe, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: We ship internationally. Since costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order, we will prepare a personalized shipping quote. For large or heavy orders, we may calculate transport costs individually. In such cases, we will inform you before the order is confirmed. SHIPPING LOCATIONS: We ship to the Spanish mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as to countries within the European Union. For international orders, please check the Etsy policy. SHIPPING TIMES: Our products involve a significant amount of craftsmanship. Once the product is made, shipping takes 4–7 days for the Spanish mainland and 5–10 days for the Balearic Islands. If you need to receive your order more urgently, please contact us via email before placing it, and we will try to improve the shipping terms if possible.
Which of our products can be returned?
Tienen derecho a ser cambiados los productos recibidos erróneos, incompletos o dañados durante el transporte. Por favor si detectas la caja o envoltorio deteriorado, fotografíalo antes de la apertura para poder efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas al transportista. Protegemos lo mejor posible los productos para evitar su deterioro en el transporte, esto no evita que puedan sufrir daños durante el mismo. No se sustituyen artículos porque el embalaje esté deteriorado si el producto está en buen estado. (*) Productos personalizados: No es posible realizar devoluciones. Son productos que se realizan exclusivamente para cada cliente. El cliente tiene la posibilidad de recibir muestras físicas antes de la impresión definitiva. Antes de enviar los productos definitivos enviamos un diseño digital que el cliente ha de validar por escrito. A partir de ese momento, si se trata de errores de impresión por nuestra parte estás en tu derecho de volver a recibir los productos correctamente corregidos.
Do you work with wedding planners or other vendors?
Certainly. We adapt to the vendors for each wedding and can coordinate directly with wedding planners, photographers, venues, or other professionals to ensure everything fits together perfectly.
What is our data protection policy?

For example, we may provide the strictly necessary data to transport companies to deliver an order and to technology providers that offer services essential for the operation of our website and business activities. We will retain the data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities. 7. What are your rights? You may request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection to processing, and data portability where applicable. Such authorization may be withdrawn at any time regarding future publications. 10.
